I could do an 8 board leaner or a custom if you want, but when you get off of the established templates the price jacks up because I can't complete them as quickly. Draw what you want (the second one you mentioned) on a napkin or something, take a pic, send it to me. I will see what I can come up with. I am a fabricator, I can figure something out for you.

Sorry guys, been really busy with family and work lately. Sorry for the delay. Yes, I will still make racks for anyone that want/need them. Yes I will do custom designs (pm me about those). Yes I do typically sell them through Stokedskateboards.com on the regular racks. Customs are always direct sales through me. You can also buy the regular racks through me direct although the prices don't change.

if i marked my closet with measurements and you build a rack to fit my closet?

Yeah, I can build a rack for just about anything. If it goes over a certain size, it is best to break it into two racks due to freight only shipping on anything over 5 feet or so. What did you have in mind?

something that fits my closet that allows boards to be hung with trucks and wheels from the floor to the roof of my closet

i dont mind them being broken down into 4 pieces if it needs to be done

i live in florida were practically right to each other so shipping might be cheap im hoping

my parents are sick of my boards just laying in the living room
and im sick of stacking 5 boards and scratching each of them

I'm very interested; I've been trying to figure out how to build a skateboard rack, I've contacted old friends with racks to try to get measurements and dimensions, and I even saw one built on HGTV's Design on a Dime and out of all the things they custom made in that office, the only two there were plans for were a dang cork board and a faux carpet painted on the floor.

do you do customs? I think I have eight or nine boards, most of them slalom, smaller boards. I have one I'd like to hang up by itself- I'm about to have a little one and if he's anything like me, he'll be bustin his butt if I leave the boards layin around.

So... I might as well get one made for ten boards. Let me get some details to you so you can get some pricing to me. I didn't even check to see how old this post is.

This is my rack that i use for the back of my explorer and in my room! I wanna make another one so i can carry more boards in my car...ie for friends...but for now this works great!!! Oh an did i mention i built it for free???? If you need wood go look in a new neighborhood where they are building lots of houses...they always have lots of spare wood laying around! Pick you out a good one and go to town on it! You could def use 1x4's on the back support but i just wanted mine to be really strong so i could throw it around and not worry..

I just found this thread but does your last post mean the wall racks can only be bought through stoked?

How about 5 sets (10 pieces) of the slotted sides. No predrilled holes, mounting brackets, braces or hardware.

Rather than mounted on the wall, I'll join them back-to-back and stacked. They'll be mounted in kind of a base box with caster wheels on the bottom. I'd already had this jotted down and was just debating on how I was cutting my slots. A router is something I don't have.

If you want to/can zip 10 of those out, shoot me a pm with cost and a paypal addy I can throw cash at you with.

btw... this is for personal use. I'll be able to have the majority of my collection in the garage and come winter, unbolt the top half, take it inside and reassemble in the basement. That's the general idea anyway.
