refining my W concave for a new speedboard, heres a test peice



feels nice, a bit uncomfortable with my feet perpendicular, but feels very nice when i angle them a little my foot a bit like i would in a tuck.

Also, I spent tonight and last night overhauling the boards section, a customer mentioned that the product images wern't very consistent, so after a few hours of work they look much better. Here they are.




Also, (as you can see above), I've added some images and information about two of the current proto models, the free ride board pretty much just needs a graphics, name, and minor shape refinements. For the stealth bomber, some new construction methods will be tested for a lighter stonger board, as well as a new steeper W concave, and possibly a dropthrough version.

Phoenix hybrid is a sexy beast. Great deck for the urban transport based on it's size versatility and awesome kicktail. Really felt nice, especially on those Bennet 6.0s. It felt lively, carvey and surprisingly stable just hard carving it down the hill on ridiculously loose trucks. Very fun design.

Also really dug the new freeride shape. the extra width by your feet and W cave made sliding a breeze. Especially great for check slides and such. I want. =D

BTW, had fun skating yesterday man (aside from the 86+ degree weather)! Your designs keep getting better and better!

thanks man, i'll be whipping one up for myself in the next week or two with the same shape, different construction and concave. hopefully i'll have it done in time for the push race, because we might be hitting up neill drive after.

well either way im def. bringing my drifters and gfh retros for sliding after the race. im using my 9balls cuz they roll faster lol

btw, those boards are looking really nice. if i ever need a speed board im coming to you

For sliding lemon hill would be ideal. Neill is longer, less steep and has some nice sweepers, which makes it a nice downhill run. Both hills are fun, but you'll probably see me at neill.

last time I went up to do the fairmount loop, we went to lemon to slide after, i was a bit disappointed by it. We ended up just going home after like 20 min and riding cherry hill.
