I'm running 77mm Strikers (sideset) on it right now with 85a bushings and the kingpin falling out. As the bushings have softened up I can get minor wheelbite (wheelnibble?) if I lean as much as I can. I haven't gotten any when actually riding. You can't really see it on the pictures but there are wheel wells on the inside of the cutouts (at least on mine), which is a nice touch.

I'll post a more thorough review when it stops raining.

I'm glad hear its working well with the strikers, how do you like them? I've only tried 66mm strikers.

Ok so time for some recent builds.

First up is a custom seasoned carver, with carbon and extra glass. to give a nice snappy flex for a 210lb rider.



I have had some extra time so I made this mini, it has no owner yet, $55 + $10 shipping (continental US) if you want it.

And last but most certainly not least, the final version of the Phoenix Hybrid has been completed.






Its 37"x9" with about 3/8" concave and a kicktail. Its 3/8" thick, has an asian inspired dragon fabric on the bottom, sandwiched in fiberglass. It has a decent amount of flex (though a stiffer version ill be available as well).

I have it setup with Bennetts (with a combination of indy, randal, and venom bushings in each truck) and zigzags, my bennets have never felt so great and the setup pumps like a machine.

Final pricing has not yet been decided on, but it will be added to the website for ordering sometime this week.

My friend has his setup with indy 169s, the match very well, not quite as turny as the bennets, but considerably lower, which would make sliding with the freerides a bit easier too.

It's 40"x10" witha 32" WB. will have flat-cave. and the notches will be on and angle/gripped to give your back foot a place to lock into for cornering.

Ok so here is what i just bought for this board and im super pumped. silver crails 88a sabres and some s9 rf's 74mm 78a and the board is going to be orange and white

No one has asked for a board with it yet, at the moment i'm making two dh boards, one with radial concave (~5/8") and once with some flatcave (~4" flat in the middle)

when I make another board with the W, i'm probably going to modify the mold, the arch in the middle felt good, but I fell that for more riders the concave started to far from the center. Since I have some big feet, and the board is 10.5" wide at the feet it worked fine for me but I think i need to start the concave part a bit closer to the center to work well with narrower boards and smaller feet.

Definitely, I'll be at the new jersey slide jam on july 19th as well.
I met up at fairmount park twice to skate the loop with some fishes check out the course etc.
