Really need some new Mudstones. I'm truly to the velcro point on these pair. I have my Blacktops sure, but it's just not the same. I think I can get a couple more sessions out of them and then save whats left as a trophy.

My mudstones have lasted me since these first came out, what is that like April? I'm almost near the end for them, but I can probably get them to last for the rest of winter (since I don't skate a lot during the winter).

UPDATE: Mechanix gloves are now available in a larger size: XL. The average sized rider will want the original size large. This will be a snugger fit, and while it is a size large, it feels more like a medium/large.

If you're a bigger dude, or like a looser fit, go with the new XL. (I'm 6'2" and prefer the looser fit of the XL, but the L still fits me extremely well)

ALSO... I've got three grades of pucks.... why not have three grades of gloves?!

MudSlide Elite gloves coming soon. Did someone say carbon kevlar knuckle guards?

uhm... yeah, it'd be a lost cause trying to ditch those gloves to drop trou for a sudden case of Montezum's revenge. My drawers would be full.

I just figured with that bodyfit, they won't get pulled off easy.

This is very true. They lasted me since June 20th till now October 19th. So four months of constant riding. Well worth every cent. I really don't want to live without Mudstones, they really are better than everything else, but I guess my Blacktops will hold me over. Once I finish the pucks I will be sure to post some pics.

Jeff did you get my request? Btw I'd love some nice super mudslide gloves, I'm in need for a new full fingered set. When do you plan these?

Exactly, why life without them is hard to think about.

I finally got a picture because well I can only study for so long.

They are barely 2mm thick almost all the way around. Thats less than two pennies in thickness. Some spots hit 1mm.

My pucks caught in a small crack tonight and caused a small rip in my gloves, sigh. Time to put on Blacktops.

I have finally put my mudstones on my gloves. (The first set of mudslides sold)

Looking forward to seeing what they do to my sliding. I've only just got the bevel off the greenhorns, mad durable!
