Haha no blizzard.... but it was snowing sideways! Just enough snow to wet the pavement, but not stick. mmmmmmmm

I probably should have told you that my slide sessions are generally 3 to 5 hours long. I usually don't leave the hill until it's so dark I can't see my gloves

-A full set of MudStones = MS palms and BlackTop fingers/thumbs
-No extra charge to cut off fingers to make half-gloves
-No extra charge for "muddy" gloves

**You can purchase pucks separately or as complete slide setup.

Three glove styles for both the BrownBombers and the Mechanix gloves(pictured).


A) Full glove + palm, finger, and thumb pucks (full BlackTops pictured)
- Good for tech sliding and speedboarding
- Maximum glove life and protection

B) Full glove + palm pucks (BT palms pictured)
- Sometimes preferred by speedboarders since you can grab rail better
- Lighter and more agile than full gloves
- Fingers are vulnerable to wear -> Glove life could be reduced, if you're not careful

C) Half-glove + palm pucks (MudStones pictured)
- Great for freeriding and cruising around town
- Ideal for warmer climates
- Very light weight and agile
- Allows you to text your girlfriend, change your iPod, or pick your nose without taking off your gloves

I tried my best to put some wear on the MudStones, but to no avail. They slide a little faster than BlackTops and should last at least 2-3 times as long. And no, they don't leave brown streaks on the pavement..... just pure buttery slides. Unbelievably fast!

I noticed today how much longer they take to cut and bevel than the BT's & GH's. Definitely says something about its properties

The MudStones are a worthy investment. You'll definitely get your money's worth

All my gloves are one size. I looked into getting different sizes, but it wasn't really necessary.... My girlfriend has pretty small hands and they fit her fine. I had lots of people of different sizes try on my gloves and had no issues

However, if you've got monster hands, I do have one pair of Mechanix gloves left in a larger size (XL). They're big on me, and i'm 6'2"

Sweet some gloves I can afford! How do those brownbombers feel compared to the mechanix?

The BrownBombers are 100% cowhide, whereas the MX also have synthetics and padding. The BB's can feel a bit stiff at first, but they break-in quickly and are actually quite comfortable. I use them when I am machining these pucks

Despite their cheap price, these gloves are actually very durable. They are comparable to the $8 - $10 gloves you see at WalMart. I decided to offer these gloves because I know how expensive velcro/glue can be. My goal was to sell a slide glove that was actually cheaper than if you made them yourself. (My 1st cuttingboard slide gloves cost me well over $20)

The BrownBombers have a pull-string, instead of a velcro cuff. This is surprisingly really effective at keeping your gloves on.... much better than elastic.

The MudSlide Mechanix gloves are obviously more comfortable, but they're also more exspensive.
The BrownBombers are a legit slide glove, especially if you're on a budget.

god I just ordered some lemon big zigs new for 30 bucks. I couldn't resist. but seriously. i get excited in the lower region when I scroll up and down and see these pucks. esp on mechanix gloves. I don't know I've been kinda spending alot recently.

would you say the greenhorns or the mudstones last longer...because you said the greenhorns last longer than the blacktops...

??
