are all your boards flat?
is there anything to keep your foot in place?
the board has rails which twist when you lean on the board which keeps your foot flat on the board, ask dano, he knows how to explain this stuff WAAYYY better than me. hey dano... you need to post those pics of james riding the droppin hot at bolinas, come on.... do your work!!!

The "Carbon Graphite infused Poly CNC Cut hand finished and inert gas welded" boards are flat black pvc plastic with these sort of I-beam supports melted to the bottom. It's like if you took one of those plastic banana boards and scaled it up to a longboard size.
While the torsional flex (what I assume you mean by twisting the board) may or may not actually "keep your foot flat on the board" (Alpha06 kept sliding off his), we should remember that torsional flex is a bad thing on a skateboard, particularly one you plan to ride at speed.
If torsional flex is good for gripping the road and providing maximum control, then Alex at Wefunk is a fool for building those rigid CF torsion boxes and Rayne's board designers need to be fired for studiously ensuring every board's torsional stiffness.

word.
also, how hard would it actually be to just cnc in some concave? all you would need is thicker material, which would cost more, but at least the boards might be a little more rideable looking
