I went to BCC also, class of 2000, #### Whitman, jk. Anyway, I live in Bethesda. Pretty new to boarding though. Basically a beginner, and I'm trying to get better and find some peeps to skate with.

Yo! I used to live in bethesda and i went to wood acres elementary (born 93) but moved in when i was in fourth grade to sweden, where i picked up longboarding. Would be awesome next time i visit if anybody could show me some dh runs!

Yo guys its getting hot out and its time to get serious. We need to have some sessions happen now... My brother has put a map of kentlands and some spots here, check it out its under the mid atlantic thread.

I skate the kentlands nearly every day. Come skate with me i guarentee it would be better than his map.

id be down to skate today, but i ****ed up my wrist, being an idiot, freeriding my neighborhood, nut nxt weekend im down for sure. So do you go to QO?

I grew up in Silver Spring. Now I'm in Anne Arundel county which is like a 30 min drive.

Only mapped the general runs (the outline/ for nubs duh) but you should know I've covered EVERY square inch of K'lands, period. I watched as sections were built and built ramps with wood stolen from what is now your house. Those times were as great they were fleeting (ob referring to the explosion of everything over there and subsequent traffic an BS as result) and some really insane skateboarding went down. I don't know if you have any skill on a shortboard but if you follow the industry you may know krooked/ Bobby Worrest (he was there for many many sessions

). It was all just too easy (is what always happens when you get a bunch of rowdy skaters near unattended building materials lol). Many houses remained vacant with their front railings not yet attached to the porches making for huge clean gaps (and you know some of them are like 10 stairs if you are really out every day). By throwing down 2 layers of 3/4 ply on the dirt that is now your grass we had a clean landing that was ready in seconds. Not even getting into what went down with the commercial sections holy F'n sh1t it was another world altogether. Is so fun thinking of those days but am getting side tracked and need to get other work done anyway...............
So yea I am totally down to ride even the crazy ally/ driveway sections up at the top WITHOUT gloves or sliding. For a truly vet rider kentlands is a breeze and by breeze you can prob ride most of it switch/// until you start using vehicles to tow into the runs (we all know vehicles make all runs BETTER!

You must be the kid who my buddy saw over there @ like 3 am riding with a small crew. Not to be creepy but our crew is mad thick /\/\/\/\\\\ lol /////\/\/\/\ we have eyes all over. He was going to come scope you dudes but was too tired/// I told him he was crazy bc we have been waiting for the day people would take notice of the night session possibilities there

and duder the map was for people who HAVEN'T been to kentlands yet. Any skater any level looks around that place and immediately sees that the streets have no gravel and the sidewalks/ stairs are fresh as sh1t. glad you have found and are enjoying its current state.
