A certain prominent spot in Towson ( that sort of rhymes with chex mix) has recently been resurfaced and I was wondering what peoples opinions were on it. It seems as though the idea was to make it more grippy for cars in inclement weather. There seems to be two layers, first a thick layer of poly and then a layer of poly with grip tape - ish debris mixed in to give rubber tires some grab. I found it to be slower and super grippy. However, the poly seems like if it gets wet or dusty, then that grip will go away fast. Also the added debris seems like pixie dust from the pain faeries sprinkled on to already painful bails. At any rate, I have'nt developed a trust for this surface..when's it gonna break away? And how fast will I be going? Anybody care to comment?

I care man!
Trust is a huge issue on that surface. Its definitely slower and in turn a bummer. still tho chew mix has the vertical.
