Hey guys every Saturday night meet at EastCoastBoardCo. in Fairfax at 9pm and we head out from there. This happens every saturday unless we plan a big all day event. We usually ride the parking garage at GMU but are willing to go anywhere within a reasonable distance. I hope to see more people at these sessions. Ride it long!
i am showing up this weekend. ive been trying to go the last SIX WEEKENDS but couldent . i will definetley be there

loose trucks are like big boobs, great as long as you have enough rebound in your bushing/firmness in the boob.
and trucks with worn out broken down bushings are like grandma boobs/fried eggs hangin on a nail situation which is never good.
Keep on coming. We skated last night and will continue to do so all saturdays. Last saturday me and justin were in vermont at the downhill race and teh shop guys had stuff they needed to take care of but unless otherwise noted because of a conflicting event there will always be skating saturday nights. Even if we are out of town for a race or something show up at the shop ready to ride because chances are there will be other people wanting to ride too. Now im out to ride!
This Saturday: Session in the afternoon at Beacon, shop at 9 as always. It would be cool to get everyone out to a few of the hills we did last saturday night.

Beacon is going to be out for tomorrow and family doody is crushing tomorrow night and let's not talk about the weather now however.....
Would like to throw an idea out to the NOVA's;
How would a DS Board Sport Outlaw Equipment Test Night go over?
Here is what that would look like.
- A minimum of 10 riders show up on a moderate hill with clear line of site for a longish section - does not have to be a nut buster.
- A vid camera on a tripod is set to capture each run on Jester's board to a laptop.
- A start post at an upper portion of a sweep in a hill and a stop post below so that a camera captures the point at which the rider passes behind each post.
- The vids are analyzed for the start and stop times
- A short vid is captured of the rider feedback
- The fastest time will win a brand new Feral StringRail Foamie
- We'll post the vids on the 'fish following the session.
There.
Ten or more riders get a chance to test this sweet NZ ride before it goes to Cali...
Jester gets the feedback on his efforts.....
A couple of weeks is plenty of time to scout a place close to Fairfax and arrange to be there...
The fastest ride gets a free board to use/trash/sell.....
The 'fish gets more meat...
Oh, and naturally, some stuff I've been working on will be available to ride and abuse.
We can do this on a Saturday early evening - meet at ECBC and head to a hill.
I propose this for two weeks from tomorrow.
A rain date can be set for the following Sunday and a rollover to the following weekend.
Think about it and let's beat the idea up for the next couple of days.
Once it looks reasonable amongst youse, I'll create an event with a sign-up.
Thanks,
Brian

Damn brian I love the idea. So I assume that this thing lights up in some fashion? I am going to scope out some roads in Clifton that I found today and the other night that look pretty sick this coming week. Not roads for night riding but would be nice runs to maybe test this thing out with a bunch of sweepers. I'll try and think of a run that would be good for this board.
