August 12 Michigan Outlaw Race

$5 entry fee

located in waterford mi
The hill- .25 miles long with 3 different turns.
Left 90 corner is in between grip and drift
Top speed around 25 or 30.
Lines are key, the hill is not super gnarly but fun nonetheless


Parking lot near by to park cars and congregate before walking over to the hill
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE HILL

Racing- Helmets and gloves required, kneepads recommended.
ONLY 24 SPOTS OPEN
4 man heats with the top 2 moving on

Practice from 10am to 1030am
Racing from 1030am on

Need- 3 spotters
(I have 2 walkie-talkies but a 3rd would be nice)


This is a first attempt at a Michigan outlaw race so don’t expect everything to be flawless. Be ready to be flexible and most importantly be respectful, keep in mind we are guests.

Not sure on the distance but cant be too bad. Still need spotters but also racers!

It really isn't as fast as it sounds. As long as you can footbrake or carve you won't get going that fast, and it's always possible to start midway down the hill and work your way up. You'll get used to it in no time at all. Don't be afraid because it's a lot of fun once you do it.

Keep the entry fee! And I'm doing a slide jam. I'm thinking longest slide (soft and hard wheels) and most spins (soft and hard wheels). Then we'll just jam it afterwords. The hill is only 5 minutes away and we really shouldn't get busted. Should be sick.

i think we'd be a lot better off contacting sponsors for when we have a larger (possibly legit) event with more people and way more time to contact sponsors
