    Default St. Paul riders

I'm going to be going to Hamline university and I arrive at school (from River Falls) this sunday. Any guys from the area wanna ride? Anyone else in the nearby colleges ride?

I'd like to ride some time. I don't know anyplace to ride in the cities and would enjoy a tour. or at least someone to explore with.

Glad to help and show you a few areas in St. Paul. Making the jump across the river opens up a couple more options. What type of riding are you used to?

I've never actually bought a long board, my friend and I went through about 4 stereotypes of designs and finally stuck with one I like (and didn't snap!) It's 36 1/2 x 8.5 and has a 27 inch wheel base. Sort of a dervish design but shrunk up a little. I have 150mm gullwing chargers and 76 mm (75a) abec 11 flywheels. So far I've done a bunch of cruising, minimal sliding, and a few hills. I hit about 38 mph the other day, and was pretty satisfied with that speed (AKA crapping myself). I've hit up Afton once and enjoyed it. I find myself doing a lot of bombing because I'm pretty cruddy at carving (the first 3 boards were on top of some one destructo shortboard trucks).

Basically, I'm down for anything. I find complete pleasure just going out for a ride around, and I can have a great time bombing some hills. I really want to find some parking garages to ride.
