It is 35-40 with drafting and it has three turns and not a big chance of getting busted but if it does we have a few others locations we can go to.

Yeah ^^, Any video of people doing the whole run in a tuck, or riding it similar to how it would be raced?

I do not think there is a video of a full tuck but a few videos of guys carving it out. The course is around half a mile.

I was at Ault park in July and spoke with the local law enforcement and they said as long as you stay on the road your fine!!!!

No GRINDS etc.... They had no problem with me shreading it during a wedding I was at....... They had local police there for the party!

What a killer smooth place

We frequent Ault. Had a run in w/ a cop last time. He told us that legally if someone wanted to ticket us, they could. But he and the other cops that patrol said they wont bother us if we don't bother them.

Other than that they've only had a problem w/ skitching. Place is great. If tucked can def push 40+mph. I'll hopefully be there to do some filming. High speed isn't my thing but I love spending days at Ault (I'm "Ryan" in the "Ault Park Longboarding" flick).

Also after the race or for warmups there's a nice flat 5mile paved bike trail just down the hill.

Yah, they said on an earlier post that practice would start at 10:00am and the race at 11:00am. For everyone racing...have a great time!! I can't be there, have to work...sucks!! I hope someone will take pics and video, would love to see how it goes down!! Skate safe and with soul!

The Ault park race on October 3rd went well. We had a great turn out and beautiful weather. The road was in perfect condition. We will be trying to do this annually next season starting in March. Hopefully we can get sponsors to support the race. Thanks to all who came out.

Planed way in advance you'll get more riders, its rather easy to get sponsors! PM me and maybe I'll donate a custom pressed deck from my studio? See how esay that was!

I have a non skate event next May going on, and with 1 days worth of emailing I produced 4 sponsors with around $600 in items to give out to podium finishers! I have 4-6 more potential sponsors.........

Damn! It sucks that I just now heard about this race. A friend and I are trying to get some longobarders toghether here in Lexington, KY, and I am definitely interested in getting into DH. Any chance there can be another race before next year? It's been cooler, but during the days the weather has been really nice...
