Man what a fun time............... that street is sooooooooo wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide..........

its gotta be 50" and bigger at the bottom....... a short hill.

glass smooth, perfect double hill for novice riders to get some huge carves........ Low traffic.... Nice people live on the street and come out and watch with big ole smiles and kind words!

Brought out one of my old buddies from when we were little kids........ he's found the STOKE, got him an EYE PHLY Bomber, ordering trucks etc... 1 more "local" dude to hit up the streets........

We're gonna try and make thursdays or fridays an A2/EYE PHLY DH weekly thing......

I have some other hills lined up that are easy and low traffic.

I'll be bringing out blanks and shaped decks 4 sale.......... kinda a trunk sale

$ hard cash gets a deal

I'd like to come out sunday but I have a local Mini MX dirt session from 12-2 and then soccer at 3:308) lots of hobbies.......

Tried to go out to eberwhite yesterday but there were to many leaves so it was extremely slippery. Found another hill around there that was great to practice slides on tho.

Teddy!!! What happened to your Wednesdays? I have been skating 4-5 hours a week lately with a couple buddies that I have converted. I usually have Wednesdays free and every other weekend i can slip out for a while. I have a few new boards to play around on.

school from 8am til 4:30pm.

I have this weekend off work so I can maybe do a mission to A2, funds permitting....... poor student.........

I have some orders for some blanks, mostly an old school style deck that is great for slalom, and bowls...... depends on the truck set-up obviously.

I am working a bunch on my personal quiver, speed board, mini bomber, old school TS/bowl, and a big slightly flexy all arounder. They all have to be done by Dec 3rd. Killer art going down.......

Got some pics of some basic decks I press.

These have been shaped.

I normally sell raw unshaped blanks for $30 cash in hand. Shaping adds $ depending on style and complexity.

Baby Phly, 9"w, 28"l, 3/8" Concavity, 1/2"t.
Bowl Phly, 9"w, 32" or 38"l, 3/8" concavity, 1/2"t.
Holy Lemon, 9"w, 40"l, 1/4" concavity, 1/2" 5/8" 3/4"t, 1-1/4" camber nose to tail..
Speed Phly coming soon. Gonna do some testing on a proto type.

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE a slight tail wind was a bonus!

No problems with leafs..........

Solo sk8in has its advantages

1 big push and a few pumps from the TOP and I was able to make it to the top of the small hill.

Got the "baby phly" done today, should have trucks/wheels soooooon.

20.5" hole to hole.

Maybe a fun little pocket sized cruiser

Saturdays progress on the "Bowl Phly"

32" long.
9" wide at the nose tapering to 8.5 at the tail.
3/8" concavity.
1/2" thick.

PPG base coat colors and house of color for the "iris" on the eye.

Sprayed the blackground, taped the eye and flames, sprayed them with the silver and then yellow/red candy, sprayed the white of the eye, hand brushed the iris and the blood vessels

Spar varnish from minwax gloss in a spray can.

Hey im trying to get in the seen ive been born and raised AA going to EMU though looking for some places to ride picking up my first deck this week. anyone got any hints or suggestions?

Hmmm, looks like I got here a few months too late, eh...

The Ann Arbor scene is mostly dead, and I heard from the guys at Redbelly Skateboards that there actually is a Longboarding club, although it's just something of a sideshow that the UofM Snowboarding Club does in the off-season.

I took teddy's advice and checked out Eberwhite, it's become my private playground on the weekends. Always up to skate even if it's a little chilly, so just drop me a message.
