Weather is certainly a problem. I promise that I will take you guys there once this summer, but its on you to plan it out.

For now, I am stuck with beautiful weather and good garages here in AZ... For shame.

I wanna do the Lapham Peak Jam! Be sure to lemme know when. Remember though ... I got one of them 9 to 5 jobs on weekdays. Please target a weekend.

And bombing hospital parking garages could be real convenient in case ... you know ... the "unthinkable" happens.

And furthermore - curse you and your Arizona weather Bilzo. Don't you have some homework you should be doing???

    Sorry Dad.

Mangels, you email me a date you think would be good for a lapham peak jam, and I will make it happen. Every weekend except probably the last weekend in July, as I am going to visit Birdman during that week.

For the record, I am moving back to Wisconsin, into my girlfriends apartment on the East Side (hopefully), and going to UWM. So let me savor my weather, you cold, bitter bastards!

OK. I'm going to Mexico the last week in May, and I have the Wiggle War June 21 & 22. Right now those are my only blocked out dates for the summer. I'm holding out hope that Kenny Mollica is going to do some kind of a Buckeye. Don't know if he will or not. How 'bout June 28 or July 12 for the LPJ (Lapham Peak Jam)?

Speaking of the Wiggle War - I gotta get it on the calendars at NCDSA and ISSA. And here at the 'Fish too.

We should get a Dodgeville/Mt Horeb/Oregon trip together. I know there's great hills west of Mad Towne. You westies could be our guides. And I forgot who, but somebody from Richland Center is here too. He could guide the Kickapoo River Valley area.

There are epic huge hills up north by Wausa and Black River Falls and stuff. Anybody know that area?

no, but theres a couple nice hills at governor dodge state park. i'd have to scope it out a bit.

    governor dodge -
highway 130, wisconsin - Google Maps

at highway 130 theres a nice hill just west of dunbar hill, only problem is hardcore traffic and guardrail to the right looks nasty to crash into

theres a couple nice looooong hills on highway 23, but i'm really not sure the legalities of skating on state highways.

bur seriously, just drive anywhere around here and there hills to hit..

All my life I prefered winter weather over the summer weather. I used to get angry when the snow would melt. I even went and lived in Alaska for 13 years where we had winter 8 or 9 months outa the year. But I've had about enough of this winter ... I'm tired of shoveling. Every year I decide I'm not going to buy a snow blower because we never really get enough snow to make it worthwhile. Sh*t. Next year I'm buying one.

whoo some of the roads are cleared, i found a 35 mph hill yesterday. 30 first run, 32 next and 35 the last 2 runs. i'm not sure how much more speed i could squeeze out of it, its not too steep.
