I'll see you all at Riley on Saturday bright and early. Then we can grab some brunch and hit some DH, I'm hoping Gnarkston but I also enjoy living so we'll see. Then I'm thinking we should BBQ a Linner, and maybe garage later.

By the way, here's the stuff we scouted out in Brighton. I'm not sure any of it is really worth the drive.

!!!SATURDAY SLASH BASH!!!
Don't forget to bring some boardshorts so we can jump in a few lakes throughout our journey. I am going to bring my cooler and a bunch of water. It is going to be a scorcher!

Pete, the Brighton hills look pretty tame. I am sure you will live through another Gnarky session. Just make sure you push Conner out of the way this time since he's got the leathers.

Conner, bring my SD card with you, we will need that. I am going to grab a few extra batteries for my GoPro.

Hopefully my http://www.silverfishlongboarding.co...mel-toe-3.html will be delivered by Saturday. It is being shipped today from the Soda Factory in Rhode Island and I can't imagine it will take more than 2 days. I cannot wait to pop its cherry!

True that dan, tested my 666 trcks today and was sweating like crazy.

The trucks are seriously weird but cool. Truly just a downhill truck, super stableness and really crazy grip.
Im curious how they will feel at around 40

How many pond/lake spots to cool off do we have for saturday?

I know i saw one at the clarkston speedrun, and maybe we could get into the one at the slopestlyle run if peters buddy dosnt mind.

Also i think taking turns driving up and down the hills would be good, i skated the beek today and walking up it was rediculous...my car said it was 91

I'm gonna hit up Nico right now to see if we can use his dock. We will for sure have a chase car. And better yet, we can have them spot the gnarliest spots then chase after. We all win that way because you get more runs, even if you're driving, and we won't die.

Here's an elaboration of what I was thinking on Dan's schedule.

8 AM: Riley Skatepark
11ish: Brunch
12 PM: Gnarkston slopestyle and DH
5ish: BBQ at Dan's
7 or 8: Wabeek til Sundown
Sundown: Crack out those headlamps, let's hijack the golf course!

EDIT: I was talking to my Canadian buddies on OLF and they're trying to come out too. SWEET

We can stop by my Aunt's place right off Deer Lake in Gnarkston after the DH session. We could also take a dip in Orchard Lake in front or St. Mary's before and/or after the Beek.

Tom, sweet pictures.

I just tuned up my boards a bit, took out the Mini-Logos and put in MHS and switched from two 1/8" risers to one 1/4" riser on the Voodoo, put MHS instead of Reds in my Slide A's, and changed bushings again on the Pagan. This Saturday should be do or die on whether I keep the Crails or trade for some Indy's. I hope it works!

It depends on where you go, there are some pretty crazy hills that you have to do late at night because they are far too busy during the day, then the parking garages at the local community college is SICK. PM me and I can give you some spots.
