Chicago Suburbs?

I am staying at a friends in the Chicago land area mainly out in Lake Zurich. I was hoping to find some nice ride spots there. Sooner rather than later, due to weather. I'm looking for long downhill carve spots, possible hills to bomb, maybe even soft crete to slide on. Please let me know I am slowly withering away without a decent surf spot

there are quite a few good hills around barrington hills area, fox river grove, and north barrington/tower lakes area. i dont know any in the actual lake zurich area but those are close by
