Great day, Spider! Glad those bushings worked out for you.

I'm thinking slalom for myself tomorrow. Rush you down for that? Like around 2? I'll call you.

Yea hes a good rider he taught me most of what i know about longboarding except the mongo part...Cant help ilike to skate bassackwards. Sniffs got some nice set ups to lets him get and maintain speed easy as pie. I got some similar setups to him but im no speed demon i am a cruiser i like to carve a hill up and maybe slide if i am feelin frisky.

Yea sniff im down for some slalom but i am gonna ggo up to irqoius park and cruise that hill a couple time s on the barfoot and the mini carve i need to dial in my slalom board too hasnt been ridden since last summer...I ll prolly bein doin a lot more tinkering than skating tomorrow oh well

So I guess we are on tomorrow to skate Iroquois again. Then maybe some slalom on the eastside after that. Anyone else that's wanting to come along? do it!

Yes. Another great day. A little wheeling and dealing and some skating to boot. Great day.
Over the course of the past two days I think I've skated half the boards in my quiver at least once. I even have grown to like those Revenge trucks. The Fish Balls ride real real nice and I still love my 84a Gumballs.

Next time out we'll try and gove some of you other guys in the 'Ville a little more notice and an invite to join us on the hill. Also it's time for some bigger hills.

We saw some guys out today on those caster boards you can get a Wal-Mart. They never got close enuff to talk too. We got lots of comments and questions on our boards from passers by. Most thought they were butt boards.

So Huntz you still out there?
Next time we hit Iroquois you'll have to come. It's a mellow hill but long. You get a good ride in. Just ask Spider.
Although next time I'd like to hit up the hill over by 'Rush's mom's house. Another long cruise hill. You get going a bit faster on this one. Great ride without getting into anything nuts.
I need to get back out on some faster hills and get my sliding skills back. Over by Cherokee Park and the neighborhoods by the zoo there are some faster hills but you need to know your slides for stopping and speed control.
Over in Corydon, IN there are some nice looking hills that need to be checked out. There is a big one you can see from the interstate that is going to rock. It looks fast with a nice right hand turn in it. Not technical or very hard turn but your gonna have to commit to it.
One day I'm going to have to do Seatonville Rd. That hill is technical and should be fast. Two hard turns. One is in the middle during the steepest part of the run. I've let my skills slide and there is no way I can make that run now. That's why we have training. It's good to have a goal.
I still think the parking lot of Slugger Field would be a great place to set up cones and run sosme slalom. That will have to be done soon as the weather warms again.
My hill that needs sweeping got covered in dirt and hay again. But when the time is right we clean it and skate it again. Great for slalom but overall just a mellow little hill.
Race season starts up real soon. In fact they just ran an outlaw race over in NC just today. So it's time to get in shape and build up the nerves.
Lets see some more chatter here and spread the stoke. Time to get Louisville skating.

Soon it will be time to ride again. Let all this snow melt away and it's on.
Next ride I'd like to do that run off Smyrna. A little faster than the Iroquois run but about as long when your done.

Who's in?

Right'o me boy'o.
Then we hit up the cones. Get you back in shape. I need to find a good slalom hill for some high speed cone running. Then it'll really be on.

Man I hope it rains this weekend. Get rid of this snow and all the sludge on the roads. I have to break in that Voodoo. See what it has to offer.
