Pretty soon some of southeastern Michigan DHers will start some sunday early morning sessions on the northwest side of Ann Arbor, 2 long hills to bomb, one is .8 miles long and the other is.6 miles long.................
I get back into the states on Thursday/Friday from spring break, so I'd be down for hitting up some GR or Grand Haven hills if the roads are skateable for the weekend.

I will also keep my eyes peeled. I went out today a little bit, but their all mostly wet still. I did some sliding on the hill\parking lot entrance to the "YMCA", but it's pretty nasty out still. Let me know if you find and GH runs that are dry. Where did you go for Spring Break B.?

MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN i hit my local hill on my way home from school this afternoon!
Nothing like carving a hill with the little local kids sleding wondering what the $^^$$@##@ is that geezur doing ripping on a long board in 20 degree weather with all this snow?
Yo Doc Frye you missed it, the wheels were starting to slide a tad bit when pushing the carve
Yo Doc Frye I ripped the mill pond park hill again today
I started to drop low on my deck and held onto the nose and forward sides....... dragging left knee carving, I even made it all the way the last run I can see slides begining to happen sometime soon
Oh and A2 uses TONS of sand/salt......... the roads might be $h!t for a few weeks....... we might have to take a few push brooms for touching up the corners
Teddy, I hit mill pond park on they way home from dinner last night. Thought I was going to get kicked out of Mac's parking lot, so I drove to sho my girlfriend where i took the big spill. You were right. The pavement was dry enough, so i took a few runs down it on my Bustin Complex. Definitely handles better than my 2 original homemade 3/4 inch flat birch ply boards. I didn't have much protection on (just a helmet and gloves) so i didn't want to push it too much. We'll get back there soon!!!
