So heres another unofficial a2skatepark promo..........

The next crucial meeting is April 2nd in Ann Arbor. Heres the press release.

You Skate? You should have already signed the petition! If you have time to come out and support this project and make it happen I strongly encourage you to do so

Oh and since the meeting April 2nd is just a mile away from Pomona street i'll be hitting it up prior the meeting if the weather is dry out.

after words i'm hitting up the A2 skate park meeting to help fuel a new CONCRETE skate park........

So is the park going to be made, or is it still in petition/proposal stage?

Its still in the process of city approval, some of the city council members are skaters though

and the A2 skate action commitie are deeply invovled. I have been to a coupla of city meeting reguarding this project. I can tell you this much, it is only a matter of time until they start laying down the concrete. I would guess they will start phase 1 in early 09. this is not some hairbrained parents or richie riches trying to make this happen. It is a core group of skaters for life and some of the city officials. They all know what kind of economic boost this will provide for the general community...........

Okay i'm gonna hit Pomona and maybe some other hills close by Wednesday afternoon at around 3:30.

The skate park meeting is at 6:30 -8:30.

Anyone up for some DH?
