Check out the site for more info and sign up for the mailing list. I'm just starting this up because there are a lot of MNers here and we should organize. Free for everyone and 100% non-profit. I think if we get at least 10 members and have regular meets, we can get longboard companies to sponsor us (buy us gatorade or parts or whatever for when we meet).

i seriously wish i could make it... i just dont know whether or not a trip down there would be worth it. hmm.........ill have to see how many of the guys up here i can gather together to split gas

i'll see if me and my group of 4 or so is interested in coming down. it's only like 20 miles from my house so i really don't have a good excuse not to come unless i work or have class.
i'm pumped for this!
also for the future, there is a great frontage road off 394 and 62. It goes into a small neighborhood so there's practically zero traffic. my bud followed me in a car and he was going 40 and was keeping up with me for a little while. i know that's not the best way to measure, but still it's pretty fast. super smooth pavement too.

i'd love to be there...we'll see. i might work early the next day. too bad it's not tuesday night since i have wed. off and i'd be in for sure!! i'll invite my buds from bville too, see if they wanna meet me there.
