Default MNLBC spot suggestions

let's use this thread to give our suggestions about where to hold future meetings,

i'll start

The summit neighborhood next to north lotus lake park in chanhassen. it's right off 101 and 62. we could hit that hill anytime of the day with minimal traffic. there are some great cruising hills and one big hill that depending on wind, you can break 30 no problem(measured by a car so...) also it's got a perfect meeting place with a parking lot and everything, i even think that there is a grill there so we could have a bbq afterwards if people were interested.

to look there on google maps just type in north lotus lake park.

Another one that i think would be a blast, except it would have to be at night (after 10 at least) because of traffic. it's lake lucy road and galpin blvd, really long runs, pretty mellow hills but fast enough to get some good speed if you tuck the whole way down and the roads decently smooth.

to find this one just put this in the search bar:
Briarwood Ct, Chanhassen, Carver, Minnesota 55317, United States

and last but not least, night time cruising in excelsior, it's a blast. the cops might stop us, but there 100% cool with it as long as we're not on the sidewalks, so there is no risk of getting in trouble. it's a very busy town during the day, but it is absolutely dead at night thanks to the elderly citizens... there are no huge hills or anything, but it's just some great cruising around a small little town with very smooth roads. not to mention there is a pretty sweet bank in one of the parking lots that is fun to hit.

Actually, now that i think about it, we could easily combine the last two places into one late night event, first we could hit up excelsior for a while because it dies out first, then head over to lake lucy for some hills.

i got an in on a ramp in mpls, its an 8 story ramp, decently smooth i have done it a few times whiel at work ... its the one i park in every day and there is good parking all around it. no cameras in the ramp to get caught, an elevator to get us up 6 of the floors and the security gaurds want to get it on film ... i love those guys!

Eden prairie where i live i have found some great trails that are usually for biking but they are paved smooth and there are some great hills that can be hit any time of the day, let me know if you are in the area by the mall with your board let me know, there are grills all over the place on the trails and a pool hot tub mix to boot! so it would be great for a group get together or smaller groups whenever.
