going to skate in afton today, anyone want to come?
I located a much more gnar AND less trafficed run in the afton area, I hit it up twice last week and had a blast. there was a but if gravel so I had to throw a couple of colemans to get down, but whatevs.
also, my girl and I are planning to take the train down to la crosse mid march, that looks like a great area for DH.

it does... I think you know the one I'm speaking of, I think you mentioned it in Duluth, if I've got my names/faces matched. it's so rad, and the concerns you had about it are apparently not to be worried about (pm if you don't know what I'm talking about)
but I just got off work and now I'm starting to lose my ambition... it's cold, and it's going to start snowing any minute it looks like.. so I think I'm just going to go down the 'ol bridge until the white crap comes.

i dont think there are any concerns. The first big drop at the first corner is the most dangerous. Having a spotter there would be a good idea. Its an awesome run though!

close but no. the coolie is the main run thats right out of town and the st croix trail.
and winston, thats the one i was telling you about the other day.
that one, if your goin to head up the hill, take the first left before the hill starts.
drive along the river side on a crappy road and once you see good pavement your there.
