cranky itunes!

So what's with the back up process on itunes? I bought and downloaded a album today only to find that I couldn't burn it to cd which is the way I have been backing up music that I purchased...it worked with other albums off of itunes. Any suggestions?

dont buy music online.


or just copy it to somewhere else on your harddrive, or put it on an external harddrive.. ex HD's are probably the best way to backup.

I don't agree...

iTunes uses a proprietary system of music so you can't use anything but itunes to listen to it and you can't play it on more then 3 computers. However, the upswing (atleast in their terms of use) is that you can back it up to a CD. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you airin, but I suggest you call apple and give them hell, it ALWAYS works for me .
