Appearently we just landed a spot on some popular grindcore label's compilation CD.. which is good, coz we dont play grindcore.. and its the promo they give out all the time which means LOTS of free exposure.

so i don't know if this is a 'band' per se, but i just got really into techno/house/electronica.....look for the alias 'Solid State' on MySpace (no music up yet b/c apparently the files are too big.....) but i'll throw some stuff up on youtube before too long

if youre loading music on myspace, it wont be the file size thats too large, but the rather the bitrate is too high. change it to 128 and all should be well. had the same issue with my band.

After years of reflecting on how I wouldn't sell out or play pop, I've fully signed on to backup an indie/pop singer. haha, its just sick to have consistent shows...that's what I really enjoy the most.

They kind of all sound the same. It's such a narrowly defined genre that it doesn't leave a lot of variety, add lack of creativity etc.

Not only is it very normal, it's poorly recorded.
