    anyone check out the new flobots album, Their single "handlebars" has been on the radio. It's some pretty tight stuff, you can listen to the whole album on purevolume. My favorite songs are we are winning, fight with tools and handlebars. Check it out.

    You forgot to mention their best song on that record, "Rise". So good. I loved the fact that they spent the entire election season campaigning with Rock the Vote -- obviously their political motivations don't end with their songs. Did you see this video? Johnny 5 talking about the importance of voting, taken a couple months before election day -- awesome.

    I definitely really dig them.

    Chronic Future is another band with a slightly similar style, but they don't have as powerful a message.

    Flobots for the win, though. I WILL open for them someday.

    I saw them at the 9:30 club in DC. Awesome music, and there were extremely good live, which kinda surprised me.

    I saw em at Bumbershoot this summer, they were amazing! If you're really into them you should check out their other album, Platypus. It's kinda different, but I would actually say I like it better.
