The Gun Club has all kinds of blues going on, badass rockabilly kinda group. That song is insanely cool, check it out.

EDIT : ####, I love that video. It ####### EXPLODES at 3:14, in that area.

    Cream
    Early Fleetwood Mac (Peter Green)
    Zeppelin
    Black Sabbath
    Motorhead
    Totimoshi
    Diamond Head
    Metallica KIll 'em All
    Angel Witch
    Scorpions (Blackout era and earlier)
    Paul Di'anno era Iron Maiden
Corrosion of Conformity from 1994 on
    Nebula
    The Sword

Not all of these are necessarily 4, 8, or 12 bar blues formula, but it's all blues based.

larval's got a bluesy-post rock feel to it. pelican is a little more metal based, but you can hear the blues.

Black Label Society has some great bluesy guitar and heavy riffs.

Anything by Whitesnake from the mid 70s through early 80s (when the band was half ex-Deep Purple members)

+1 to all the bands Anastasio said.
+2 for Opeth, hands down one of the most talented, well-constructed, intelligent, original bands out there, and definetely on my top 5 list of the greatest bands of all time.

I'm also gonna add Down, specifically their first album "NOLA". If Down isnt blues-metal, then i dont know what is.
