A Global Threat - a good call if you want to go into some street punk. Also, the Unseen (apparently they are on MTV or something now, but I like most of their music before their newest CD), and the Casualties (I don't really like them that much, but they are sometimes fun to go see so that I can be fully "Up The Punx"). There are others, but I can't really remember them right now.

As far as the Anti-heroes goes, They are one of my favorite bands out there, but I don't really think of them as hardcore. More Oi!/Street rocknroll type stuff. Also check out the Bruisers, Patriot, Iron Cross, Pressure Point, The Boils, The Blue Bloods, Hanover Saints, The Hudson Falcons, etc.

minor threat is also really good.

not really hardcore, but one of my favourite punk bands is alkaline trio.
