$282.6 per ticket.

$249.50 for a 4 day festival is not so bad.

But the ticket fees are a straight-up rip off.

$13.10 service fee?
$6.00 facility fee?
$3.00 to Coffee County?
$1.00 charity donation???

And since when should you need to spend $10 to have a piece of paper mailed to you?

just not my scene. i listen to the music times like now, when im playing umprhreys mcgee all in time on an ipod. my younger sis, still older than the median age on here, has seen this song performed live probably eight times, she will be there.

I think there are more bands playing this year that I actually want to see than ever before. But I just hate outdoor music festivals. All that heat and humidity and rain (maybe) and oppressive sun. And now they pretty much run bands 24 hours a day. I'd never sleep and would just be worn out and miserable. I just want to see the bands. I don't need the whole community experience. Although I do have a sweet free place to stay if I do go. But the sound is never quite right at those outdoor events. I've done the outdoor festival events before. One full day of it is usually more than enough. I can't imagine how crappy I'd feel after four. Still that is a killer line up. Just give me a band in some little dive of a bar and I'm happy.
