The two do not compare.

Sap flows through a plant’s veins; similarly, blood flows through a human’s veins. Hume/Philo would say that the comparison between these two cases do not present an argument in which these contain like effects and causes. Who are we to assume the way sap flows through a plant is the exact same way blood flows through our veins? Simply put, we can’t. A plant and a human function in completely different ways, JUST AS Sublime and 311 function.

Comparing 311 to Sublime is a bad a posteriori argument by ANALOGY. The cases are so different that your ability to make the same inference to the best explanation diminishes greatly. Hume/Philo say that unless the cases are exactly alike you cannot use one to argue about the other (in this case, 311 to Sublime).

You cannot compare them because they are not of the same calibur. It is only arrogance to argue about cases that are not the same. If you are good about what differences matter, you will be better than the vulgar and superstitious.

I'd have to say when I listen to a whole album, I prefer 311, but both bands have really good single songs.

Although I do like both bands, I am absolutely livid that you would not only pose such a ridiculous inquiry, but also mention Sublime and 311 in the same sentence( GD-it, now I f-ing did it). I have contacted my attorney, and am seriously considering litigation. If we were at a bar and this tomfoolery were breached, there would definitely have been some spirited non verbal expression involved. Do not EVER ask this question in a face to face situation. I tell you this for your own good because you skate. I really hope you're a youngster.

I got charged with posession in late 2000 and my court date was April 20,2001, 4-20. It was my first offense so they let me pay off my comm. service at $5.00 an hour for 20 hours. My total I had to pay with court fees was $311.00. So it was 311 on 420. And yes, I did go out that night and got ripped at a couple of different parties, 420 parties.

...................Oh, and Sublime hands down. Nick Hexxum vocals are always so monotone, Bradly RIP had so much more flavor IMO.
