love the Melvins! seen them many times, one of the favourites was when they played the whole Houdini album.
especially enjoy the slow & long songs like Hag Me, See How Pretty See How Smart, The Mechanical Bride ...

( on a side note, if you like the Melvins, give Harvey Milk a try. more blues-based than the Melvins, but just as sweetly slow, groovy and adventurous. "Life ... The Best Game In Town" is not a bad place to start. )

I've seen the Melvins a few times over the years. Always awesome and they play forever. Head for the Shallows is the only great Big Business album IMO.

Man I just searched them and saw the video for "The Talking Horse." Talk about acid trips... that looked like one. Not like I would know..

Melvins are tight. Saw them with Helmet about 13 years ago. They walk out, and one of them says "good evening bitches" and not another word was spoken aside from the epic vocal spazms of Buzzo...at the end, cowboy hat bass player double flips everybody off as they walk off stage. Awesome.

Favorites are Stoner Witch, Stag, and Houdini. In that order.
