Hairpin in MA

I will let you know how this hairpin is very shortly.

I would like to scout it first and try it out before it gets busted.

It's on route 2. I don't recommend skating it because of the traffic on it. It only takes one mistake and one car to end you.

This is not a hairpin you want to skate. Trust me. It would be amazing if there weren't cars. When I checked it out there was a good amount and a ton of salt on the road. I heard in the summer it is bustling.

so it's actually part of rt. 2? yea, that probably isn't a good idea then...

any idea what the traffic situation is like at night?

idk how it is. This is a 50mph+ hill. It isn't something you want to do at night.

The part after the hairpin seems awesome. Real sweeping and fast as hell.

Ya doesn't it like dumped out into the center of North Adams (or whatever town that is) at a high rate of speed.

my house is like on route 2, ive seen route 2s hills and fantasized long and hard but its never a good idea 2 do that. its like the gateway to boston.

I did skate a 2 mile part of route 2. Check my facebook videos for a good quality version. It was more beautiful than anything. My top speed was in the 50s but the end of the hill was slower than I wanted, maybe like 35-40.
