It is 4 lanes wide, with no steady traffic. I was there for a half hour, and only 3 cars drove up, and 3 drove down.
This is the driveway to Quinnipiac's new ice rink and sports complex.
It is steep enough and long enough for a string of at least 6 good slides, even from where I started, which was at the first turn up.
Riding from the top, I would guess at anywhere between 15 and 20 slides. The hairpin is not too sharp, so you may even be able to get in a slide or two through the turn.
It is in Hamden, CT which is right next to New Haven.
If you like sliding, you'll love this place.
there are street lights there. i dont know if they are in operation though.
but yeah, ill try to get a skedge of when sporting events are. i dont expect it to be used very much during the spring/summer b/c hockey and basketball are both winter sports.

have u checked out the backside?
kimberley ave?
looks like it could be fun for some speed but pavement quality could be iffy.
I might come check it out if the weather is clear and I finish up this other stuff I have to do round the house
