Default Hello! new kid on the block. HELP!

hello folks, just got into longboarding on my friend's board. got me hooked so i found this place.

found an old woodcore snowboard in the basement with rusted to hell rails. so, i chopped it to pieces and turned it into a longboard. well, sorta.... i still need trucks!!! and i need em before next thursday (the 10th) because im going to florida. anybody got a used set of randals or something you wanna sell me?

ill get a pic of the deck i cut soon. its flexy but not that bad.

You can try looking in the General Forums - I believe there is a buy/sell page for product.

There is also a LOT of forums for new riders, to help you get aquainted with product and technique.

    Good Luck - and welcome

im gonna find an old ski and use that as a riser/stringer. also realized that 65mm might be a little small for wheels. may go with 70mm once i get that ski

high tops. O and risers are really cheap, so you don't really need to cut up a ski, but its up to you.
