Lets plan to do some skating in New Haven... Then at Channel 1 skate shop - there is the opening art reception titled "It's Finger Lickin Good - The Art of Harry Oh".

Channel 1 is a really cool skate shop - it reminds me of a combo skate shop/Art Gallery right out of San Francisco - this place has enormously cool vibes - and this will be a GREAT night to hang out and skate. It has been an outlet of quality goods since 2005 . Located in downtown New Haven, Channel 1 hosts not only the biggest selection of skateboards and urban art supplies in the area, but also a number of art shows , entertainment related events, and encourages community
development through work with local youth. In addition to skateboards, clothes and accessories, you will also find
art supplies, exclusive collectible toys, art, and records.

'IT HAPPENED BUT NOBODY NOTICED' CD RELEASE PARTY • 26th anniversary of the original LP containing tracks from local southern Connecticut bands, circa 1978-80. Now in CD form, supplemented by a 2nd CD filled with additional bands of the Ron's Place/Brother III era • come celebrate with (tentative) appearances by members of Hot Bodies, Poodle Boys, The Plan, Subdudes, Valley of the Kings, Stratford Survivors, Dada Banks, a random Saucers member or two and whoever else we can drag on stage to belt out a song from back in the day • presented by Gustav Records (Craig Bell) and friends
