I found a new hill today!
So I was just hill searching today looking everywhere in the sleeping giant mountain area runs in Hamden, Connecticut.
What I found was freaking awesome!
It starts off as a 45+ bomb then theres an intersection you turn left 90 degrees into with a little sand. I slid and I could smell my blastwaves burning all the way through it was so intense. After that there is a slight dropping left hand corner in a narrow two lane the road has a moderate right after that still descending and then an straight, next theres an incline and the road widens followed by a steep bumpy right hander followed by flat, thenanother steep bumpy right.
All the roads are freshly paved and theres little to no traffic. Best scenery in Connecticut. The umps I was talking about in the final corner are groves and rollers not cracks.
Alternative runs in the area:
50+ speed run with ample braking time and uphill.
55+! bomb to the last to corners of the original run.
These are all guesses, but the speed limit says 30 and I was going way faster than any car so I guess 50.
Search it!
I'll post up videos later. I still have a lot of 'xploring to do!

Re: I found a new hill today!
Andy said he could hit 40 by himself and that seems reasonable with good tuck. I'll post a vid after frisbee tomorrow...
Tell will to go with me if you won't. It's the longest run I've found anyways, although not as steep as east rock theres a lot of curves and semi new pavement with little sand.

Briarcliff is low 30's, maybe drafting with a tailwind high 30's.
what are the streets you found called?
