Default Indiana Jones

“Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” threw Connecticut
into a Hollywood frenzy when New Haven, West Haven and Essex became film
locations last summer.

Director Steven Spielberg, producer George Lucas and lead actors Ford and
Shia LeBeouf came to New Haven last year partly because of the state’s 30
percent business tax credit for filmmakers.

While it’s hard to know how much money has flowed into the state along
with the movie stars, New Haven estimated that the “Indiana Jones” production
spent $10 million. The money went for hotel rooms, restaurant meals,
lumber to build sets and the beer and pizza for the party after Spielberg
yelled “Cut!” for the last time.

Some of the A TEAM Production crew were longboarders......

Surf-Rodz was there and riding 72” Olo guns with my son Dan (age 5)...and
the stunt crew.

Sweet - Wish I could have pushed some of these on the film crew in my town last year. Revolutioniary Road was shot in Watertown and Beacon Falls. Leonoardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet were in town with an enormous crew filming a couple of nights. They actully shut down Rt. 8 for two nights so they could film.

BTW - I can see the New Haven shots for this new Indiana Jones movie in the ads for it.

Harry skates garages with us every time he's in La Jolla. He didn't skate out there?
