anyone from the portland bangor area of maine? will be there in a few weeks and need some info on places to stay and where to go

I'm not from there, but I've been there. Ri Ra's is a good bar down by the harbor. There's a place next door that has good lobster rolls and clam balls. That's about all I got.

I am from Lewiston, about 45 minutes from Portland. I am pretty new to longboarding, but if you are in the area, let me know, maybe we could go for a cruise.

I have family near Wells ME during the summer. I will def be checking this spot out soon. Looks like no houses or anything either. Wonder how the pavement is.

Haha Ive lived in maine my whole life, im way up near Ellsworth. there is a ton of sick skating on Mount Desert Island in Acadia National park and by the way Portland and Bangor are no where near each other...where are you going to be? Portland or bangor?

I go to Maine everyear. The areas near bridgeton, naples, and harrison have insane hills. They are about an hour away from portland

i went to my cottage on damariscotta lake last week. there's a lot of nice hills, but the pavement on them was usually too sketchy to try. there are a few huge hills up there with nice pavement, but they're all on route 1 and I wasn't about to try skating that.

has anyone noticed how crazy he drivers up there are? I feel safer skating in boston than I did skating the couple hills I tried up there.
