Default Boston/Cambridge rules and regs

Hey all:

What are the rules of the road (and sidewalk) for longboards in Boston and Cambridge these days? I noted a recent comment from a member saying he'd ridden the Emerald Necklace. Is riding in parks and in the middle of Comm Ave OK? Can you get a ticket? Do you have to stick to the road? Or do the police not care?

Thanks for any guidance.

there is no rules or tickets, just be very respectfull with pedestrians and careful with cars and you will be fine , longboarders dont get harrased as much as short boarders, check out the thread Boston skate meet , alot of people from Boston and come ride with us, if you are interested send me a PM .
