Seconded, its been bad lately. I mean I don't really mind getting wet but tearing apart bearing to re-lube them or just buying new bearing really gets annoying after a while.
The worst is when I am staring out my prison err cubicle window and it is sunny all day. I can't wait to get out and skate. Then I get home and it pours. This has happened every day this week so far. I am leaving work now to go skate a park in Hudson MA. Hopefully the black clouds won't follow me.
It hits like 95 and then we get thunderstorms. It's been happening way more than normal, we're out of our 10 year drought for now. Fire season is going to be crazy, the vegetation is so dense and tall, when it dies there's gonna be a lot of fuel.
i present a street surf slide sesh, complete with rash guard, hoodie, and flower boardshorts, it's amazing what happens when you get frustrated with the weather.
...don't worry, the board in question is aleady mutilated and has a broken tail, the bearings on the other hand actually still spin as of this morning somehow?
i used some no name rollerblade bearings in the rain every time it rained when i was at uri last semester, and they still spun pretty well even though ive never even cleaned them
idk if it looks to good for tomarrow man, call me in the am.
yeah i will if i'm free and not busy fo sho, i'm gonna have to end up going to rehearsals/planning for my cousin's wedding, didn't think i was going to have to partake in any of that stuff.
probably be skating sometime in mid pm if i can get out. scott will be down too probably if it's after 3pm providing the weather holds out.
on a side note, you missed a sweet little drift/minor DH sesh today at miller's brook shawn, by that i mean me and scott drifted the four way and lower section of miller's brook and did a 3/4 bomb of hilltop.
i also just broke down and ordered some crails...and some lime big zigs...hehe...
yeah we'll have to just watch the skies, just checked weather.com, bascially it's going to be sunny, windy, cloudy, hot, humid, rainy, and thunderstorms as of right now. apparently no hurricanes, blizzards, or tornadoes, so that's a plus.
