if you take 70 east toward brick from toms river there are a lot of moderate hills. if you turn down whitesville road north and continue follow the road for a little way and go into the neighborhood at benjamin street and there is some better pavement and a few hills.

just noticed yesterday not sure how steep they get, but there's a lot of them:
    brick/toms river area
exit 88 goes onto 70 in brick, follow 70 west(think you need to make a u turn) follow 70 past the stop and shop and eventually you'll see the hills as you drive. it's a fairly busy area, so i recommend turning right onto whitesville road and then a right on benjamin and skating the neighborhood if you can't hit it at an off hour. benjamin is easy to miss

    Lake Hopatcong (north jersey-ish)
    Google Maps

now this one I honestly do not recall very well; however, I do recall it as something worth checking out. i will see if i can get more details, but i am rarely up there. narrow roads where i was, so have a look out check for cars/stand in the road so they can't come. bring a helmet for sure, large stones line the walls of the road and if you fly into it you won't be having an excellent day... when i was up I didn't have my board so no details on how well the ride is, but it was a steep drop and went on for at least a few miles. (some of the driveways look like roads as well, so make sure you watch signs)
