Hey y'all. I know for a fact you guys can multi-task. Skate and chew gum at the same time? No problem! So I know that it won't be any extra effort for you to skate and keep your eyes open for a lost dog at the same time. Right? Super easy. Just add keeping your eyes open on your normal weekend cruising. The dog looks like a fox with a curly tail.

Dog was last seen in St. Nicholas Park in Harlem. But it's been a few days so keep your eyes open no matter what part of NYC you're in. He could be anywhere now. Here's the lost dog ad with pictures and phone number for the owner: Missing Dog, Please Help

This is not my dog, but I have the same breed and through contacts within the breed the message got sent to me since I'm in NYC. I just recently had my dog die so this hits close to home.

    Thanks guys.

I have a Shiba at home, too, and know that runaways can make for quite a nightmare. I'm very sorry to hear about your own dog and wish you guys the best of luck in finding Saki ASAP.

EDIT: I gave a heads-up to the Earthwing crew in New York, so check there for responses, as well.

Thanks for spreading the word. Saki isn't my shiba and I don't even know the owner but I feel their pain. And I truly hope they find him soon. In fact I changed the area I'm cruising this weekend just so that I can keep an eye out for the dog. I figure I'm out cruising anyway, may as well do it up town.

I lost my wonderful little shiba last year to a dog attack. She was on a leash and the attacking dogs were loose and unattended.

That's absolutely terrible; I can't even imagine having that happen to my dog. It's great, however, that you are helping a fellow Shiba owner to find their pet!

I was going to say CL, but I see you already did that.

    Good Luck
