Just an FYI to those watching the weather- they've been predicting rain for the last 3 days and it hasn't done dick, although with my bad luck I hope I'm not jinxing myself right now- But if it seems like its a roll of the dice I say go for it.

To anyone who hasn't read the welcome message for the race but is planning on attending: Helmet and pads are required if you are skating. If a cop shows up, he's more likely to let us continue skating if everyone has full safety gear. Don't ruin your karma by showing up without the gear and trying to skate.
