NJ Sessions Thread

any of the pirates up for a DH/slide session this wednesday, morning to afternoon (i have to be back down in LBI by 5).... we could hit up liberty and sibbald again, or you guys could meet me halfway in a place called bridgewater (near exit 130 or so on the parkway) where i found a really gentle but steep enough to slide on hill in the middle of a rich ritsy neighborhood. and then, for you speed freaks and just nutjobs in general, i discovered the gnarliest DH run that i have ever seen. it starts off with a moderately steep incline, then drops off a little steeper, then theres another drop to make it even steeper, then right into a complete 180 degree hairpin turn, then it runs the rest of the way down the hill straight at a pretty decent incline. this thing is on the side of a damn mountain, its sick. let me know guys, i wanna tackle this beast.

I am, but I can only go to the hils around hillsdale (liberty, sibblad, magnolia, ect.)

alright georgey, im down for a hillsdale sesh. i guess we'll have to tackle my new discovery another day. ill let you know if anything happens and i cant make it, cuz of work or whatever....

Sorry Mike, but I got to teach Wensday. I'd take the night off, but I have to take a few days off for the wedding the following week. Hey if any of you guys are down to go to AC to hit those garages, drop a line and lets set a date.

Sayreville tomorrow at 9am. Hope to see some of you guys and gals there. Don't worry if it rains tonight, the bowl dries in fifteen minutes. I've waited in the parking lot in the pouring rain and still got a session in between storms.

no wednesday session for me either. boss is short lifeguards for the end of the season so he needs me to work on my day off. sorry george.

and about those garages in AC, lets go guys. name a date and we'll assault em (probly better at night to do)

sayerville was fun :)

thanks sensei and jd for meeting and showing me the ropes out there. it's really different skating a big bowl than the tribeca bowl.

Philo, it was great skating with you and JD yesterday. It was a great session. That Koi is one big barge to skate in a bowl, but you were pulling it off nicely

philo and sensei - that was a good time. hot but tolerable and rather empty for a weekend. always nice to skate sayreville in good company.

i'm down for another bowl session soon.

I'm not sure about Monday, I get out of work early everyday now and don't have to teach until after the honeymoon, my last class is tonight. But monday night I have to bring all the decoration's and crap to the reception hall, and if I get stuck in traffic my fiance' will kill me.

What are you guys up to tomorrow? Feel like skating that Hot wheels bike path by my house? I'll take you guys to the Burger banks after that too. I get out of work at 1:00.

Well its on if you guys wanna come down. We'll hit the bike park, then maybe some hills and then the banks? I should be getting out of here at 1:00, unless my boss tell's me otherwise. Just so you guys know in advance though, I won't be going too crazy. I got this strong fear going lately about getting f-ed up before the wedding, since its only like a week away. Lisa will kill me if I gotta crutch down the isle, know what I mean? That's why I wasn't pulling my normal Mctwists at Sayreville last Sunday

But I'm defiently up for some cruising.

If you guys need my address again, PM me. Anytime after 2 and I should be home.

And for next week, Ned's looking to come down for a sesh, how about Wensday so Mike can make it too?

being as its the end of the season, and most of the guards are going back to school, my boss is short lifeguards, so i have to work everyday now until the 5th. then i start school, which is only tuesdays and thursdays. so after the 5th, im game for anything that isnt a tuesday or a thursday.

and tyler, hows my speedboard comin along? if its done, or almost done, i can ride up there after work one day and get up there around 7 or 8 and pick it up. im so stoked to ride it.

Hey, if you guys are coming down to skate today, let me know. I have an opertuninty to work till 3 today, but could still leave at 1. Let me know if you guys want to skate around 4, or if I should leave at 1 so we can skate earlier. If I don't hear from anyone, I'll be home at 4 then.
