Hey guys,
Craig and I are planning a trip down to Sayreville on saturday. I have SAT's in the morning, but am usually done by 1230, so I could either meet you there around that time, or I don't know, whatever else might work.
Put your ideas up and we will get something going.

Thanks for coming and pitching in on the gas and tolls guys. It was a great day. Great session, and the time in the car flew by with all the stories. My cheeks were sore from all the laughing. Big thanks to Philo for packing the 20 fricken boards into the car again from lansdowne and at his house.
I just checked the School's calendar, and the seminar I thought I had on the 29th is actually the week before on the 22nd. So, as long as the old lady clears it, the 29th is a go. Just gotta make sure we got enough people to help pitch in on gas and tolls again (wet money required )
And this time I will be holding a TWO BOARDS PER PERSON LIMIT!! Sorry, but packing and unpacking the car all those times was a pain in the balls, plus the guys in the back would probably like it if they didn't have the end seat down.
Remember, it is a costume contest too, so I'm thinking: Pirates?
And this Saturday, I'll be stuck at a wedding in Conneticut, so no Sayreville for me

hey douche-rates, I'm thinking about a road trip down to north carolina the first weekend of November for the 1st Annual DownhillBillies DIXIE CUP jamboree, sponsored by none other than Longboards by Fatboy!!! [see http://www.downhillbillies.org].
the first event is 15 miles from my parent's badasss lake house on Lake Norman... so i might leave wednesday night (nov. 3), drive down south and possibly meet up with some SF'ers in the mountains of Virginia and NC, maybe drop through Chapel Hill, chill at the lake and skate the 'hoe down'.... Bob, they have moonshine stills in Boone, so we could carve mountains and sip hooch. Mike, we could shoot some killer slide videos on a stretch of the Applachian parkway. Tyler, you should take off a couple days' school to check out NC State's prestigious engineering program (that's a legitimate excuse)!!! Anthony can check out Duke University and UNC. It'll be a bitchin good trip.
just a thought...

I seriously doubt I could afford to go to NC for the weekend. Sorry Ned...
But I just talked to the wife. The 29th for Lansdowne is on if anyone wants to go.

BASTARDS!!!!!
I can't do the 29th - go figure!
On a positive note, I might've found a hill at a schoolyard that we could skate at. Not big for downhill or anything, but if you guys wanna take a stab at slalom it's not too intimidating. I've got 3 or 4 boards I could have to demo and lots of cones. It's out by me though, in Whiskey Tango land

Sounds good Boe, I'm down. If you wanna do it in October sometime, could ya make it on a Sunday possibly though? My Saturday's are booked already
And it looks like Craig my join us again for the Lansdowne shananagins on the 29th. Anybody else? Speak now before car is full of people/boards again.
Oh, and I'm going to check out that new hill with no houses on it yet tonight after work, so that could be a possible gathering place also.

Yeah, my Saturdays suck too. Let's say the 16th or the 23rd tentatively - anybody interested? I'm gonna check the school again this Sunday just to make sure it's cool. We can also skate the Pirate Ship ramp at Scooter's possibly, I'll see if he's gonna be around.

I think the 23 would be better, because on the 16th or so I have to go visit a college.

I vote the 23rd also since I'll be returning from a Seminar in Rhode Island on the 16th. Yup, "like a masicist in Newport, I'm Rhode Island bound"
