Man, sounds like I'm missing out on some good sessions this week. Oh well. Landsdowne better make up for it!!!

Tyler, I think i'll be driving cross-country for some crazy photo shoot in Iowa next weekend, and carving/sliding hills with everybody we can find from on the way there and back; maybe stop off at the ditches in PA on the drive home. But we'll plan something big in NYC when I get back. I met some cool guys at the Broadway Bomb that you need to meet; they want to try the ramp and also check out Hillsdale Hills and Sibald soon. You and Ant need to race this guy Casper who won the bomb.

For Saturday- if everyone could bring a broom to help clean the streets of all thoss ****** acorns ans twigs and leaves that would help alot and make the session more enjoyable and a lot safer.

But, ant and I were in the city today and we went and chekced out the brooklyn banks and we are thinking of going back on sunday or something and hitting those up. We got pictures but we are to lazy to post em, and we are kickng ourselves that we didn't bring our boards.

hey sensei, you'll like this story:
the guy who placed third in the Broadway Bomb last weekend needed to get rid of some decks cos his wife was bitching that his quiver took up too much space in their apartment. so he sent out an email saying he had a barely-used subsonic 46" Swerve deck for $30-35 and would giveaway a 36" Sector 9 carve deck cos it's used and abused but still with some life.

that's right, my collection has quickly expanded to 8 boards in just 9 months!!! (it's time for the 7-step program fellas)

so yeah, i just got back from a quick session with the subsonic swerve (equipped with my crail/83 Flys) and the Sector 9 (with my Tracker SixTracks and 76 Flys), and had a blast. the dropped deck on the Swerve is sooooo nice (i finally get it now); it's freakin HUGE, like riding on butter with those 83 Flys. and it's FAST. it's like a Limo of boards. this is the board i'm gonna use to beat Zogs in the Cannonball Run next year. the S9 is super flexy, lots of camber, and i think i had the trucks way too loose cos it was hard to control at faster speeds. i slid it out nicely on one run. it carves like a muthah, and i think it'll be my foul weather board this winter. now i just gotta find some ol' banged up trucks and cheap wheels to pair up with it... my Skaterbuilt is truckless for the first time since i've been riding, and that is not right.

oh, i'm now in town for this weekend, so if anyone has any plans LEMME KNOW!

Yeah, I saw that email Ned, and if Tyler wasn't building me a new speedboard, I would've been all over that Subsonic. For 35 bucks, you can't beat that with a stick. But after seeing what Tyler's done so far, I'm extremely happy. It's gonna be a beast.

Me and Tyler had a great little session on Liberty last night, before he had to cut out so he could go learn how to make his own arsenel of eggrolls. Zogs and Tim were there but had to split as soon as I got there. Another kid came out of no-where with an urban assualt, and bombed all the way down with a massive case of wobbles at the end . I thought for sure he was gonna eat it, but he stayed on.

We were talking about hitting the Brooklyn Banks early on Sunday, but I got to cut out early to be back in time for a birthday dinner.

heh, that kid was my friend erik, hes fearless, so if he gets wobbles, i dunno, they dont affect him, although hes shakin back and forth like mad, i gotta dewedge the board some more for him, then all will be good, oh yeah, ned, pffffffff, thats rite, pffffffffffffffffffffff, at beating me in the cannonball run, i keeeeeel you!!!!!! (kill), heh, im gonna have some push races with timmy today, just to see where my position is on speed, and im preeeeeetty sure im darn fast at pushin, but gotta get used to this tank with 97s.....

ned come to our saturday session!!! u can do dh with george and me, and possibly tyler and ant, and if timmy somehow manages to um, i dunnno, get a board somehow that can handle speed, but yeah, u should come, we wont encounter any parents if we are at sibbald, and at liberty, well, we wont stay for that long there maybe.......
