Sooo.....Who's got a generator?

All we need is a generator, and everybody to steal there Wife's/Mom's/Girlfriend's/Hooker's hairdryer, and we can dry the hill ourselves

Just a thought. It's extremely boring at work today and time is crawling as usual. I'm off to find pics of the hill, so if it gets cancelled I could further kick myself in the as$. I know, I'm a masonginist (sp?) and a pesimist.

Actually, no. That would just leave a firey inferno with gas all over the place...


Fire Slalom?


Heat Guns would work better than hair dryers. They get really really hot (much hotter than hair dryers) and would work... Just a leaf blower in general would help to blow the water off the road, letting it dry alot faster.

Yeah, I'm even thinking about throwing the liner in my leather jacket. Its supposed to be cold as balls. Wait till you see the gay as$ ear warmer thing I got to wear while I got my helmet on. It will cause ridicule for months

OK, so here's the deal...

There's mumbling going back and forth here about how it's "too cold" or "too windy" or "too icy", but Brian says if nobody wants to meet up for the RIP he's gonna go out street skating anyway to demo his new Earthwing boards; I wrote him to tell him that a few punks from Jersey will brave any weather and asked him how the park looks ice-wise, so I'll fill you in when I hear back... It's really sunny and nice out, just not very warm.

So, my gut reaction is that you guys should just come in anyway. We'll make a go of it. We may need to sweep off some snow from the road and may end up at the hospital at midnight with frostbite, but let's do it. I'll have to Volvo running so we can jet from spot to spot.

The hill's not dry?? The parking lot here is starting to dry pretty good, and its fricken huge.

If you go now or later, spread the slalom word. I'll bring a whole butt load of loaner decks and other slalom guys in a month or when it warms up. I'm in on Junior's too. How about Peter Lugers?

Great time Friday. We froze our as$es off, but we still had alot of fun. I can't wait to go back to that spot once its warm again. And the best part: Not only did we turn Ned on to slalom, but he learned how to pump in less then five minutes!!!

I drank waaaaay to much at Ned's afterwards. Thanks to Junior for getting my dumb as$ on the right trains Saturday morning. My knee's all scabbed up, slamming while your still half drunk with a board on your back sux
