alllrighty as of right now i can go, but if my cousins come in i might not be able to... so is there extra room in the pt snoocher? and would it be possible for him to come if they were coming out???

Sure, there's room. just gotta get the ok to use the PT snoocher. I got permission to go, just haven't asked for the car yet. Shouldn't be a problem. Lisa might even come with us, she just told me she wants to learn slalom because she thinks it will help work her abs

I FOUND A KICK AS$ SPOT TO RUN CONES yesterday. You guys remember the "hot wheels" bike path by my house I took you too that we ran downhill on? It's perfect for slalom!! Multiple hills to run courses, and the hills are fast. You can run a 40-50 cone hybrid on the two big hills, and some tight down the runout hills. And the pavement's butter smooth, I think they must repave it every year. I orginally thought the path might be too narrow to run cones, but I set some nice wide offsets on the steeper parts yesterday and it worked out perfect.

The best part is, there's a huge pavillon for BBQ's that you can rent out, or apply to the town to take over (not sure the details). But I've seen huge family reunion things going on there all the time. I think if we wanted to, we could throw a nice hybrid/Tight race there. It's alot faster then IHA.

I wanted to take pictures of the course I set there yesterday, but I forgot to put the damn camera back in my backpack after uploading some pictures. I also forgot the angle finder. Next time I go back, I'll have both with me.

Prospect Park, about 5 blocks from my house on top of the Quarry.

Oh, and I forgot to add, I had no problems with the few joggers I saw, they moved off to the side of the path when they saw the cones, and a few of them even stopped to watch me for awhile. And as far as cops, the only one I've seen there did radar for me while I was on my speedboard.

oooh, that's a great idea sensei -- you should definitely plan an event there this spring/summer, that park rocks... i remember the crazy old people walking across the path as you and ant and tyler were cruising like 25mph.

Really? I thought they were calling for rain tomorrow morning, then its supposed to clear up. It also said scattered showers for Saturday

But might be the same deal, just in the morning. Damn weather forecasts!

hey guys, i wanna come up and skate sometime this weekend. i dont have school on thursday or friday so let me know what day would be better....

i really wanna go to liberty and/or sibbald to do some sliding. i havent done any serious sliding since the last time i was up there, and thats far too long for me

i also wanna see whats up with all this slalom i keep hearing so much about from ty guy.... see how the Originals fare, though i only have them on big boards....

and maybe some DH?????? who knows....

All right guys, here's what the weather looks like:

Today its raining this morning, but its supposed to clear up and go to 72 this afternoon.

Tomorrow its supposed to rain later in the afternoon.

Saturday's looking real good, clear and 70 degrees 8)

So, I'm thinking Session wise:

Tonight as long as it clears up, we'll setup at IHA. I'll be there around six. If the roads don't clear up, we'll run cyber at Ikea. Same thing, I'll be there around six. Call my cell if you need too.

Tomorrow: Cyber at Ikea since its supposed to rain. I'll be there around six. I have to leave kinda early tomorrow though, like around 7:30-8, I have to spend some QT with the Wife and go and get a Birthday present for Moms.

Saturday: Going up to skate with Fatty. If you guys want to come up by me early, we could setup and skate that path I've been talking about, and the hills right by there. Otherwise, I'll come pick you guys up around 3-3:30. Please let me know ASAP how many of you are coming so I can get Wifey's car, or even if we have to take two cars.

Fatty: 5pm right?

Ill see how my hip is feeling tonight, but since IHA is so close to me, I might just come anyway.

Ill have to see about Friday, I have to spend mucho tiempo with the GF.

Cool man, just come anyway. We need more cones. I got some more coming, but there not supposed to be here until tomorrow. Plus there coming UP MESS so god knows.......

Plus without you there yelling obsenitys and calling me a big pus$y, it wouldn't be a session

I here you on the GF time thing, I got the same thing with the Wife. If Beef can't make it Friday, we might as well just call it and save energy for Saturday, while scoring good brownie points at the same time.

Maybe if you're lucky, he'll show you around Tuna Manor

It's not the greatest street or anything, it's just smooth and there's not a lot of traffic. you can get goin' pretty good through one section.

Hey it's an excuse to try something strange, right? Plus Rob has to get the timer to me anyway

It's all good Fats!! We'll just set a tight course, T and I were just talking about trying some tighter courses before the Needham race.

I'm sure we'll have fun 8)
