Sorry Mike, but I got work at both Jobs this Weds. Tomorrow, after 4pm however, I'm down to skate.

Dude, give me a call, I think I get out of work at 3 tomorrow.

NYC crew is welcome here, especially crab, even if his knee isn't great, we can still give him a show.

@Philo- I got my bacholer party this Saturday, so if you guys are doing anything then I'm probably out, unless you hit Sayreville in the morning, then I can hit that. I'll be down in that area. Sunday I maybe around, depending on how hungover I'll be. I may just need a Banana and Budweiser again and I'll be good

Cool, I'll give ya a call after I get home from work, probably around 5. I figure we just barge that huge one by my house if the gate is open, then I know another 2 story one that's defiently accessable (not the one we already skated), plus a few more that I haven't scoped out yet.

Thanks for the bananas offer too. If you guys plan something on Sunday I should be able to skate. As long as I stick to beer saturday 8)

Hey guys, I'd really like to do a slide skool mini-session soon, probably either liberty or sibbald (or both)... I'll take off work during the week if that's best. Mike, I'd need you to come out and give me some style tips (I gotta stop grabbing the deck) and help me go 'toe side'. You too, zogs -- gotta learn your 360's. And Anthony's gotta teach me power slides, and Ty's gotta show me the tail slide with helicopter effects --- ME ME ME...

oh Mike, I'll bring my little Ebay wheels and take a look at that Alva deck too, sounds cool....

I put new wheels on so no mor helicopter, but, I can pull some wicked fast 360's.

I found a better hill for sliding, it was the one I was filming on yesterday. It has the perfect pavement: not to rough, not to smooth. And the skateshop is on the way there so you can check that out to.

But yeah bob, I can't make it today. Evil boss lady gave me the 5-9 shift. But, if you want to come in and kid nap me, that would be cool. It is just a summer job, so might as well have fun with it.

If you guys do setup a session this week, might I suggest Thursday, in the afternoon. Or possibly Friday, I think I might not have class. But Thursday would be better for me.

boot's got a paper to write, so it'll probably just be me. i'd like to hit sayerville, or do the garage again.

of course, boot will probably kill me for going without her, but nobody here will tell, right?

theoreticalcrab is here in nyc too, so if his knee is good maybe he can come out as well, or maybe the nj crew might want to come to nyc.

and perhaps some of the ct crew might come here as well.

i know philo and i would be happy to have a session here in the city, and would be equally happy to show you all around to a few of our favorite watering holes when we're done. if we get to some of the places early enough they won't ID (oh sweet west end serving me since i was 16). unfortunately our hosting space is totally limited due to the fact the philo's brother/roommate is getting back that day and my apartment is the size of a standard cubicle.

there's a bowl downtown and a park uptown (where we live) as well as some nice hills in central park and the hill at the cloisters/fort tyrone that we've yet to hit.

so that's what the city has to offer. if the pie-rates vote jerz, then jerz it is.

agreed, though i think there was some discussion (perhaps in another thread) of there being a few people around the city this weekend and it might be fun to have everyone here.
