so i finally got my slalom deck laminates glued together this week, looks like i'll be rockin' some cones if JamesGrace is around... now, if i can just find a surfboard shop that does fibreglassing I'll be set -- any ideas???

Ned, I don't think that I'm going to make it this week.

I'm friggin' worn out and it looks like it's going to be super windy out...

yeah, that guy harrison showed up last night with his quiver and wanted someone to race so we needed you; nobody else was willing to race.

dude my slalom deck is TIGHT, it's ugly as hell (not finished or fibreglassed yet) but i love the design. I may send it off to someone who can custom make boards and see if they'll do a good job with it. now i just gotta learn to ride the thing. i was working on standing slides last night instead.

see you next week as a bunny when we all chase you through manhattan!

wow, i made a hardcore decision -- to paint the deck cadmium orange and lime green (the colors of retro slalom wheels). it's now officially the ugliest slalom deck in history!!! i gotta get matching wheels now (i'm running yellows at the moment).

harrison has been there a few times before but has been on tour the last few months; he remembered you from last spring, he'll hopefully be there next week for the broadway bomb.

you should drive down to PAtomorrow for the garage session -- dr. worm says it should be pretty big. it's only 2 hours i think.

Ned, I recommend Pink grip tape for your new deck!

Oh, and I've got a couple of brand new sets of the Orange Retros. I can give you a super good dealio!

I leave for Trinidad early Monday morning and won't be back until late Friday evening, so I won't be at this upcoming Friday Night Rip (I will be at the Broadway Bomb!).

Oh, and regarding the cool pictures from this week's Friday Night Rip: Does everyone have magnesium spark plates on their boards now?
