all that nonsense= friendship and opportunities for more skating. I would never have gotten into downhill nor would I be half as good if it wasn't for the friends I made through silverfish. I do skate alone just about everyday and I enjoy that time but nothing beats skating with a big group of friends.

but everybody is different. If skating alone is your preference, have fun with that; but don't waste peoples time inviting people to go skate if you're just going to flake every time.

Its not about relying, its about sharing the stoke. If you dont want to skate with others don't set them up for any kind of disappointment and to add insult to injury find something to blame them for. That is all. Now go back to doing the dishes.

I can seriously care less now about what you think about skating, all I know is that your missing out. Skating with friends totally beats being alone.

Anjo that is tempting, I'll have to see how tired i am in an hour or two but I might do that. I just finished my classes and have nothing to do all week long.

Either way (weather dependant) I'm up for some sessions at watchtower & even some DH racing in Central Park North before I fly back out home on friday.

I've also got a decent tripod with me if any one has a video camera they want to set up,
just let me know beforehand.
